Project Manager
DURATION: Long-term, with 3 months of probation period
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Adhere to and enforce company standards, including procedural compliance, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) requirements.
– Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
– Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for clients, overseeing project progress, evaluating performance, and addressing concerns.
– Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop strategic plans to mitigate potential risks effectively.
– Ensure all activities align with industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
– Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to guide project execution.
– Oversee the implementation of project activities, ensuring strict adherence to the established plan.
– Facilitate clear and effective communication across the project team to foster collaboration and ensure alignment.
– Review and validate project-related procedures, plans, reports, and other documentation to ensure accuracy, internal consistency, and compliance.
– Ensure all project documentation adheres to applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, guidelines, protocols, and company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS:
– Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Data Science, Management and Analytics, Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical), Public Health, Business Administration and other programs and/or fields relevant to Pharmacology, Life Sciences, and Clinical Research;
– At least 3 years of experience in project management preferably within the Life Sciences, Clinical Research, and Biopharmaceutical industries;
– Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
– Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage, coordinate, and motivate project teams;
– Advanced knowledge in project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools;
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively withstakeholders at all organizational levels;
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail;
– Ability to create project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets;
– Risk assessment and mitigation planning;
– Resource allocation and stakeholder management.
